Brighton and Hove asks: is snow on its way?

The temperature is below zero and my goodness it's fresh out there tonight!

Are we about to have a white-out?

Not tonight, according to the Met Office, who say it's going to be cloudy in the north and west of the realm, with outbreaks of rain in the far west of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland overnight. Here In the South-East it's going to be dry and cold with a hard frost, and widespread ice forming on untreated surfaces.

Tomorrow then? Not accoding to the weathersoothsayers at the Met, who say it will stay dry and bright, and staying VERY COLD.
