I read that Brighton & Hove Council are advertising 15 jobs through You Tube despite 191 posts being shelved this financial year due to cuts - http://tinyurl.com/2fd5b8x
Does anyone else think that new advertising initiatives should not be their focus at the moment?

It's good to hear they're recruiting and I feel it's important to advertise posts in innovative ways, which ultimately reach a broader audience and reach the younger generations. The job market is very fluid. Jobs come up, they go. We all need eggs in a few baskets.
