Why can't beach hut owners sell to whoever they like? I've just heard that they have all been sent letters by the council saying they should only be sold to residents of Brighton and Hove. Why can't you sell your beach hut to who you like? Isn't it a good idea to attract more people to the city, and not put them off with this closed-shop mentality?
